What is Hogwarts?

Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry is the magic school in the Harry Potter series.Hogwarts has 4 houses:

Gryffindor

Slytherin

Hufflepuff

And Ravenclaw

Shield colours:Red and Yellow

Founder:Godric Gryffindor

Shield:Has a Prancing lion on it.

                          

Godric Gryffindor had a sword,that Harry pulled out of the

Sorting hat in the chamber of secrets in book Two.

Slytherin

House name:Slytherin

Shield colours:Green and Grey

Founder:Salazar Slytherin

Shield:Has a serpent on it

Salazar Slytherin built the chamber of secrets,as mentioned in Book Two.

Hufflepuff

House name:Hufflepuff

Shield colours:Yellow and Grey

Founder:Helga Hufflepuff

Shield:Has a Badger on it

Helga Hufflepuff was very loyal,so if you are in Hufflepuff,you are very loyal to everyone.

Ravenclaw

House name:Ravenclaw

Shield colours:Blue and Bronze

Founder:Rowena Ravenclaw

Shield:Has a Raven on it.

Rowena Ravenclaw was very wise so to be in Ravenclaw,you need to be wise.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!

Twinkle twinkle little star,

I don’t wonder what you are.

From the spectroscopic ken,

I know that you are Hydrogen,

Twinkle twinkle little star,

I wonder what you don’t are!

The third line means that scientists use a spectroscope to find out that stars were made out of hydrogen. A spectroscope is like a telescope, but there is a prism instead of the eye piece. Scientists also used it to find the spectral signature, which is like a fingerprint for elements. Then they pointed it at the stars and found out that they were made of hydrogen.
